Forever Bond Capsule

‘Raksha Bandhan ‘is a special occasion to celebrate the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions. To commemorate this festival, a Rakhi Capsule Making Activity was organised in the Springfields Public School for the students of classes I to V  on 8 August 2025.

The children crafted beautiful handmade rakhis using ribbons, coloured sheets and glitters embracing the spirit of Raksha Bandhan. Furthermore, they expressed their love and emotions through short written appreciations notes about their siblings and enclosed them in the beautiful handmade envelope.

This activity will definitely strengthen sense of family bonding and values in them. Their artisanship was quite fascinating as children enjoyed this activity that tickled their creative sides also. The activity was organised under the supervision of their respective class teachers.
